Industry Leaders Roundtable Retreat

The Industry Leaders Roundtable program is designed to embolden firms and their representatives to undertake institutional change within their organizations, by providing them research, tools, and support to be agents of change. The event brings together thought leaders in organizational psychology, sociology, law, architecture and engineering to change culture by providing research, information and action-oriented programs to achieve greater representation of women in the AEC industries.

New York, October 21-22: Leading at the Edge of Innovation

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Industry Leaders Roundtable: NYC!

Over two dynamic days, leaders from architecture, engineering, theatre, technology, art, music, media, and fashion came together in New York City to explore what visionary leadership looks like today and in the future.

From in-depth discussions on creativity and cultural influence to behind-the-scenes tours of Ray and the National Black Theatre, Meta’s New York offices, Manhattan West, and an evening at the New York Philharmonic conducted by Jeannette Sorrell, participants experienced the intersections of innovation, storytelling, and community in action.
