This project represents the intersection of precision, collaboration, and innovation in corporate construction, an environment built to support a leading financial institution’s evolving workplace culture. JRM Construction Management, under the leadership of Senior Project Construction Manager and Registered Architect Maggie Desmond, delivered this 125,000-square-foot, multi-floor interior fit-out with exceptional attention to detail, speed, and coordination.
The project’s purpose was to create a dynamic workspace that balances sophistication with flexibility—seamlessly integrating open collaboration zones, executive offices, high-end conferencing suites, connecting stair, and advanced technology infrastructure. Maggie led the construction process, managing
a diverse team of architects, engineers, and subcontractors with a clear vision for excellence and service. What makes this project distinctly “Built by Women” is not only Maggie’s leadership but the culture of collaboration and respect she fostered throughout. Her composed leadership, technical fluency, and
collaborative spirit inspired every stakeholder to pull together and perform the best for the client. Through complex logistics—tight schedules, active building coordination, and high detail standards—Maggie exemplified how women’s leadership in construction drives both operational efficiency and design
integrity. The impact of this project extends beyond the client’s walls. It stands as a model for equitable leadership in a field still striving for balance. The new headquarters is more than a high-performing workspace, it’s a testament to what can be achieved when built by women who lead with confidence, collaboration, and precision.
